Con este frío dan ganas de mudarse a Heartattack and Vine y escuchar mil veces seguidas Downtown y repetir hasta romper en lágrimas histéricas y rebosar el trago: " Outside another yellow moon/ has punched a hole in the nighttime, yes/ I climb through the window and down to the street/I'm shining like a new dime/ the downtown trains are full with all of those Brooklyn girls/ they try so hard to break out of their little worlds."
Debo fingir las armas, la pira, las cambiantes cifras y el impenetrable cero mientras la noche se deforma en sus espejos sobre un orbe intemporal e innombrable.
A estas alturas de noche es normal en un animal con instinto mamífero vocacional quedar con el faso en un rincón interrogando a las sombras tenues que esboza la pared "Will I see you tonight on a downtown train?"
